That’s entirely up to you! If you’ve got other things to do, just let us know how we can get access to your home. Some customers provide a garage or door code, others leave a hidden key outside. Let us know when you book online, their a customer’s notes to provide instructions of how to access any gate entrance & property location.

Will i received reminder of my one time or recurring cleaning service(s)?
Yes, You’ll get preference of email/text reminders, week, couple days & hours before before cleaning date & when we are on way, arrival & when we leave premises with job completed!

How do I re-schedule or cancel a booked cleaning?
We have a no charge fee cancelation. To cancel you just call us with full name, & address and we will cancel for you no questions ask. You may reschedule at anytime.
How can I pay you & when do i get charge ?
After our job is completed, our recurring customer have the option to their own (House & Commercial Cleaning) portal account login, that we’ll email you as an invitation. There you will be able created your own security user name & password, and then add your info. Else we can help set up for you. Otherwise You can pay as you go with zele or cashapp.
